About
Space changes people
HAPI Design & Build is a Toronto-based construction and renovation company specializing in commercial spaces such as restaurants, cafés and gyms, as well as custom homes and remodels.
We started with a simple belief: construction is not just about putting up walls — it's about creating spaces where people can truly live and connect. We handle permits, design, budgeting, construction and finishing through our own organized system, always looking for the best solution for each project.
“A well-built space can make life more comfortable and meaningful.”
And perhaps such spaces have the power to solve many social challenges — by bringing people together and improving the quality of daily life.
What we do
HAPI designs and builds spaces that connect people. From permits to finishing, we keep it simple and clear.
